步进电动机控制在柴油机EGR控制系统的应用

摘    要:排气再循环 (ExhaustGasRecirculation(EGR) )已证明是降低发动机NOX 排放的有效措施 .在研制的直喷 1110型柴油机变EGR率控制系统中 ,油门位置传感器和转速传感器获得柴油机的工况点 (转速 /扭矩 )信号 ,空气流量传感器取得的控制反馈信号通过AD转换输入单片机AT89C5 1,单片机发出控制信号控制步进电动机从而调整EGR阀开度 .用于调节柴油机再循环排气量的EGR阀门是柴油机EGR系统的关键部件 ,所以控制EGR阀的步进电动机的控制驱动问题是柴油机EGR自动控制系统的重要环节 .着重探讨了单片机AT89C5 1控制驱动步进电动机 70BF2 - 3的相关技术和问题 ,并给出了EGR系统对柴油机排放和燃油经济性的影响 .

Abstract:Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) has been proved one of the most effective methods to reduce NO X emission from engines. In variable EGR rate control system developed for a DI 1110 diesel engine, the speed signal and load signal are acquired by a speed sensor and fuel position sensor. The control feedback signal obtained from the inlet air flow meter is transferred to single chip processor AT89C51 through AD, and the processor further sends sigals to a stepping motor that actuate an EGR valve. The EGR valve is a key part, which can regulate the EGR rate. The driving problem of the stepping motor used for actuation of the EGR valve is very crucial in diesel engine EGR control system. In this paper, the technology and problems related to control of stepping motor 70BF2-3 by single chip processor AT89C51 are discussed emphatically, and EGR system effects on engine NO X emission and fuel cost effectiveness are presented.
