| 摘 要： | 烧结矿中氧化亚铁含量是评价烧结生产的一项综合性指标,它反映烧结过程的动态控制状况,它与烧结矿的转鼓强度、低温还原粉化率、还原性的相关性很大,是影响高炉炉况顺行的一个重要参数。近年烧结生产条件与工艺制度发生很大的变化,对影响FeO含量的因素进行实验研究,旨在寻求FeO最佳控制范围,提高烧结矿产质量,降低能耗,改善冶金性能。

| Abstract: | the FeO content in sinter is a comprehensive indicator to evaluate the sintering production , it reflects the dynam-ic control of the sintering process , the drum strength , low temperature and sinter RDI , reduction of the correlation is very great , is an important parameter in blast furnace operation .In recent years , the sintering production conditions and process of institutional change greatly , for the experimental study of factors affecting the FeO content , in order to seek FeO optimal control range , improve sinter quality , reduce energy consumption , improve metallurgical properties . |
