基于SWOT模型的贵州水利投融资适应性分析

贵州水利投融资存在发展要素和行政要素的双重制约。通过提取贵州水利投融资质态内部能力（优势、劣势）以及外部环境（机会、风险）的分析因子,建立SWOT分析矩阵,将优势与机会（SO）、劣势与机会（WO）、优势与风险（ST）、劣势与风险（WT）进行组合分析,形成贵州水利投融资协调推进的增长型战略、扭转型战略、适应型战略和防御型战略四种适应模式,并就四种适应模式的具体内容作了分析。

Adaptability Analysis of Guizhou Water Conservancy Investment and Financing Based on SWOT Model

There is double restriction of financing development elements between administration of Guizhou water conservancy investment. By extracting water conservancy investment and financing of Guizbou quality state of internal capacity （strengths, weaknesses） and the external environment （opportunities and risks） analysis factors,to establish a SWOT analysis matrix which forms combinatorial analysis of the advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and opportunities,advantages and risks, disadvantage and risk portfolio analysis.And four adapting models of growth strategy, reverse type strategy, adaptive strategy and defensive strategy can be formed.The paper also analysizes the content of the four adapting models.
