自适应模糊PID轧机厚度自动控制系统设计

摘    要:针对在AGC板厚控制系统中存在时滞、时变、大惯性、非线性等问题和传统PID控制参数整定不易的局限,提出了将模糊控制和PID控制结合起来,构造了一个模糊自适应PID控制器,通过模糊控制规则在线调整PID控制器的参数.经Matlab仿真实验表明,模糊自适应PID控制器比传统PID控制器的动态响应曲线好,响应时间短,超调量小,稳态性能好,动静态性能好,取得了令人满意的控制效果.

Abstract:Aimed at time lag,time change,big inertia,nonlinearity problems and the difficulty of PID controller parameters adjusting,the combination of PID control and fuzzy control was put forward and a fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller was built through the rules of fuzzy control,the three parameters of PID controller can be adjusted adaptively online.The results of Matlab simulation show that the fuzzy self-adjusting PID controller has good dynamic response curve,short response time,small overshoot,high steady state behavior,good dynamic and static performance by comparing with the traditional PID controller.
