安徽某低品位铜钼矿石的选矿试验研究

摘    要:对安徽某铜钼矿石进行可选性试验研究,采用铜、钼混选,粗精矿经一段再磨,铜、钼分离,八次精选的浮选工艺流程,以BK301C为辅助捕收剂,在强化钼的浮选指标的同时,加强铜的综合回收。闭路试验指标为,钼精矿含钼50.76%,回收率90.26%。

Abstract:Feasibility test was conducted for a molybdenum-copper ore from privince Anhui with the flowsheet of bulk flotation,regrinding of rough concentrate,Mo-Cu separation and Mo-cleaning flotation in eight stages.BK301C was used as auxiliary collector,which could intensify the Mo-flotation and improve the comprehensive recovery of copper minerals.A loboratory locked-cycle test achieved the result of obtaining a Mo-concentrate assaying 50.76% Mo with a Mo-recovery of 90.26%。
