摘    要:目前,焦家金矿主矿区周边有多个小矿区,由于地表不允许陷落,小矿区生产存在充填制备难、效率低以及生产成本高等一系列问题。通过利用主矿区成熟的胶结充填系统,为主矿区和周边小矿区充填服务,同时,通过集中供砂、集中储砂和集中充填,彻底解决了周边小矿区充填制备难的问题。该模式的成功应用,为矿山企业充分利用资源、开采资源提供保障,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益,并可为其他同类型矿山、矿区开采提供借鉴,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:At present,because the surface of a plurality of small mine which surround around the Jiaojia gold main mining area is not allowed to collapse,there are a series of problems,such as filling preparation difficult,low efficiency and high production costs,etc.This paper expounds the mode that use the mature cemented filling system of the main mining area for the main mining area and surrounding small mining area filling service.At the same time,by focusing for sand,sand storage,centralized filling,completely solve the disadvantage of the surrounding small mine filling preparation system.The successful application of the model provides protection for mining enterprises making full use of resources and exploitation of resources,improves the economic and social benefits,and provides a reference for other mines.This model has a good application prospect.The effect is significant.
