微波消解──原子吸收法测定植物中的微量金属元素

摘    要:探讨了一种快捷有效的样品预处理方法,即采用聚四氟乙烯高压罐微波消化法处理样品.通过正交试验,得到较优的消化条件.在此条件下进行锌、铁、锰的添加回收试验,回收率分别为97.0%,94.3%,90.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%,4.1%,3.4%.此外还进行了扩展试验,并与国标法比较.通过试验和比较,证实该消化方法具有安全、省时、方便等优点

Abstract:A method for the digestion of samples by using PTFE closedvessel microwave oven has been studied.Some factors affecting the digestion effect are selected by orthogonal experiments to get an optimum digestion condition,under which ZnFeMn used for the tests of their are addition and recovery.The method respectively gains recoveries of 97.0%,94.3% and 90.6%,with standard diverions of 1.2%,4.1% and 3.4%.In addition extentiontest was conducted and compared with the National Standards.Results show that this method is safe,quick and convenient.
