摘    要:通过测试和分析Al-11.4%Cu合金在交流磁场中凝固的电阻,确定了合金液相线和固相线温度以及结晶区间.试验结果表明,在不同磁感应强度的交流磁场作用下,Al-11.4%Cu合金的液相线和固相线温度均有所提高,结晶温度间隔变小,磁场强度越大,这种变化的幅度越大.

Abstract:The liquidus temperature, solidus temperature and crystal interval of Al-11.4%Cu alloy are determined by testing and analysing the resistance of Al-11.4%Cu alloy solidified under an alternating magnetic field. It is found through experiments that the liquidus temperature and solidus temperature of the alloy increase while the crystal interval decrease by the use of the alternating magnetic field. Furthermore, this variety is more evident when the magnetic density becomes bigger.
