| 摘 要： | 借鉴OSACA的设计思想，研究DNC系统的开放体系结构，探讨通信平台及动态配置文件的建立方法，实现对异构CNC机床分布式控制、管理及DNC与CAD／CAPP／CAM／MIS集成的有效途径。动态配置基于软件总线的构思，将异构CNC机床的通信协议及与CIMS接口的功能封装于各自的文件夹内，形成透明的DNC即插即用软插卡，有效地解决DNC系统开放体系结构中的关键技术。

| Abstract: | By reference to the design concept of OSACA, open architecture structure of DNC system is studied, the establishing way of communication platform and dynamic configuration document is approached, and the effective way for isomer CNC machine tool distribution control and management as well as the integration of DNC with CAD/CAPP/CAM/MIS are achieved. Based on concept of software bus, dynamic configuration is framed, the communication protocol and functional module for interface with CIMS are encapsulated into folders, transparent plug in and play soft card of DNC is formed, this gives the key solution to open architecture structure in DNC system. |
