| Abstract: | Characteristics and rules of Qilin District mountain flood disaster are analyzed in the paper. Basic ideas, goals as well as comprehensive prevention and control measures in disaster prevention and reduction are studied. Suggestions of constructing water and rainfall monitoring, monitoring early warning platform and early warning and other subsystems for preventing flood disasters are proposed. |
