发动机电控水泵冷却系统的设计与试验研究

摘    要:电控水泵冷却系统通过单片机对发动机冷却系统中电水泵和电风扇实行联合控制,其散热能力可根据发动机的实际散热需要自动调节.根据发动机冷却系统改进前后测试数据可以看出,改进后的发动机具有冷启动性能好、暖机时间短、节约燃油、防止过热等优点.

Abstract:The electronic pump and electronic fan are combined controlled by the microcontroller in engine’s cooling system that contains electronic pump and electronic fan,so the cooling system can automatically adjusts cooling capacity according to engine cooling requirement.According to the test data of the improved cooling system and conventional cooling system,the engine that contains the improved cooling system has many advantages,such as the better capability of cold boot,much less warming time of engine,fuel saving,avoiding the excess heat,and so on.
