基于Pro/toolkit的液环泵喷射器流道的参数化建模

摘    要:液环泵喷射器设计涉及较多的结构参数选取,用CFD计算对其性能优化时需要反复调整这些结构参数进行三维几何建模.通过喷射器几何建模的参数化设计,可避免繁琐的重复建模,提高三维流道几何模型的建模效率,缩短设计周期.本文采用Pro/toolkit二次开发技术对喷射器流道模型进行参数化设计,研究了Pro/toolkit的菜单设计、UI对话框和MFC对话框设计技术.以VC ++6.0为编译和连接工具开发了喷射器的参数化设计程序,大大提高了建模效率.

Abstract:Many geometric demensions are involed in the air ejector.So it is inefficient to optimize the design by revising the demensions repeatedly on the 3D model directly.To avoid this duplicated labor and improve the optimal design efficiency,a program is developed to model the fluid domain of the ejector automatically.This paper presents the program development of air ejector based on Pro/ENGINEER and explores the menu design with Pro/toolkit,UI dialog design and MFC dialog design.The program development uses VC++6.0 compile and link as a tool for the model parameter calculation interface and design interface,which greatly improves the efficiency of modeling.
