摘    要:采用Navier-Stokes方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型,对已有的某弯掠轴流风机进行数值模拟,并与实验结果进行对比,验证了数值方法的准确性。为满足给定的性能要求,以该风机弯掠叶片为基础,利用变型设计方法得到四种结构的叶轮并对其进行数值模拟和性能预测。比较分析Z=5时3种结构叶轮出口轴面全压分布云图及叶顶径向回转流面上流线分布图:叶顶前缘高压随叶片安装角的增加而增大;回转流面上流线分布均匀,叶顶吸力面前缘存在小的涡流区域,且随叶片安装角增加而增大。

Abstract:A certain swept axial fan used for cooling is simulated numerically by solving three-dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with the standard κ-ε turbulent model.The accuracy of the numerical method is verified by comparing the numerical simulated results with the experimental ones.To meet the given performance requirements,four kinds of structure impellers are obtained by using derivative design method,and they are performed numerical simulation and performance prediction.Compare and analysis the total pressure contours on impeller outlet axial plane and streamline distribution on blade tip radial rotary surface of the three fans having five impellers.The results showed: the high pressure in the inlet edge of blade tip increased with the blade installation angle;streamlines on the rotary surface are evenly distributed,a small vortex region existing in the inlet edge of the blade tip also increased with the blade installation angle.
