摘    要:介绍13R22.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 131mm,断面宽323mm,行驶面宽度240mm,行驶面弧度高6.8mm,胎圈着合直径569.5mm,胎圈着合宽度273mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.984,胎面采用纵向曲折花纹,花纹深度15mm,花纹饱和度72.68%,花纹周节数60。施工设计:冠部胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#和0°带束层分别采用3×4×0.22HE和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用斜六角形结构,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能符合国家标准和企业标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 13R22.5 18PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 131 mm,cross-sectional width 323 mm,width of running surface 240 mm,arc height of running surface 6.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 273 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.984,longitudinal zigzag pattern,pattern depth 15 mm,block/groove ratio 72.68%,and number of pattern pitch 60.In construction design,the following processes were taken:dual tread compound for crown,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,oblique hexagonal bead,and one-stage building machine was used to build tires and double mold curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance and speed performance met the requirements of national standard and enterprise standard.
