摘    要:介绍215/75R17.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径766mm,断面宽214mm,行驶面宽度168mm,行驶面弧度高6.5mm,胎圈着合直径443.5mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.028,花纹深度13mm,花纹周节数51,花纹饱和度23.5%,采用3条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 215/75R17.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 766 mm,cross-sectional width 214 mm,width of running surface 168 mm,height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 443.5 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 1.028,pattern depth 13 mm,number of pattern pitch 51,block/groove ratio 23.5%,with the design of 3-strip longitudinal pattern block.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements in the relative design and standard.
