摘    要:介绍26.5R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1738mm,断面宽660mm,行驶面宽度606mm,行驶面弧度高33.68mm,胎圈着合直径629.5mm,胎圈着合宽度566mill,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.83,花纹深度37mm,花纹饱和度63%。施工设计:胎面采用热喂料缠绕成型方式,胎体采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,带束工作层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,带束保护层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,正六角形钢丝圈采用φ2.0mm胎圈钢丝,两鼓一次法成型机成型,单模热板硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和TKPH值均达到设计和相关标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 26.5R25 earth-mover radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 738 mm,cross sectional width 660 mm,width of running surface 606 mm,height of running surface 33.68 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 629.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 566 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.83,pattern depth 37 mm,and block/groove ratio 63%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using hot-feed winded tread,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for belt working ply,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for belt guard ply,Ф2.0 mm bead wire for hexagonal bead,and using two-drum one-stage building machine to build tires and single-mold hot press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,endurance and TKPH value met the requirements in design and related standard.
