大型工艺螺杆压缩机振动分析及解决措施

Vibration Analysis and Solutions on Large Screw Compressor

For the problem of three screw compressors vibration too large in the new exhaust recovery,the combining method of the scene vibration monitoring and spectrum analysis and the layout of the pipeline unit was used.The main reason for vibration was found out,the improved measure was related to be made.Compressor vibration problem was successfully solved,ensuring the compressor’s safe and stable long-term running.
