空气阀门性能试验测试装置对比研究

摘    要:对比了空气阀门性能试验国内标准JB/T 7228 - 94、欧联标准BS EN1751∶1999及美国标准AMCA 500-D-2007中对测试阀门上下游管道长度及压力测点位置的不同要求,选取阀门模型按照JB/T与BS EN标准分别进行了流阻及流量特性试验,并对阀门上下游管道内流场进行测试,结果表明试验阀门上游管道可以缩短至欧联标准要求.

Abstract:The national standards of air performance test valve JB / T 7228-94,EU standard BS EN1751: 1999 and American Standard AMCA 500-D-2007 to test the valve in the pipe length upstream and downstream of the different requirements were compared.According to JB/T respectively and the BS EN standards,selecting the valve model do the flow resistance and flow ratio tests,and flow field test in the pipeline of test valves upstream and downstream.Results show that the upstream pipeline valve test can be shortened to international standards.
