摘    要:介绍基于过程控制的对象链接可嵌入(OPC)技术的上辅机软件的实现方法。采用OPC技术配置OPC服务器、配置RSLinx软件、安装OPC自动化接口服务,并对VB编程环境添加OPC自动化包装器动态链接库后,采用异步读写方式,通过声明变量、连接OPC服务器和建立OPC组并添加OPC标签,可对PLC数据进行异步读写。需注意的是关闭软件时需断开OPC服务器连接,否则会因OPC服务器占用计算机资源导致计算机资源枯竭。

Abstract:Software design for mixer upstream equipment based on OLE for Process Control(OPC) technology was introduced.OPC server and RSLinx were configured by OPC technology,OPC automation interface was installed,and the OPC automation wrapper of dynamic link library was added for VB.Using asynchronous reading and writing,by declaring the variable,connecting OPC server,building OPC Group and adding OPC tags,PLC data could be asynchronously read and written.It’s important to disconnect the OPC server when the software was closed,otherwise OPC server would continuously occupy computer resources.
