环保型活性剂EBS在斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:研究环保型活性剂EBS替代普通氧化锌在斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,采用活性剂EBS等量代替普通氧化锌后,胶料的物理性能、成品轮胎物理性能和耐久性能与采用普通氧化锌胶料及生产轮胎相比无明显差异,不仅降低了生产成本,还有效减少了锌的使用量,大大降低了锌对生态环境的破坏。

Abstract:The application of environment-friendly activator EBS to replace common zinc oxide in the tread compounds of truck and bus bias tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using activator EBS instead of zinc oxide by equal weight, the physical properties of compound changed slightly, and the physical properties and endurance performance of finished tire were the same as normal product. The production cost and addition level of zinc oxide were decreased, and the ecological destruction caused by zinc was greatly reduced.
