| 摘 要： | 项目风险因素识别方法和手段正确实用与否,风险分析结论准确全面与否,对后续的项目风险评价和风险控制有很大影响。本文基于特征映射理论和目标导向的项目风险分析的结构化方法,建立项目风险分析目标体系和风险分析全息模型。从另一个角度对风险识别提出了较为全面的识别和分析方法,同时也满足实践中对项目风险分析的直觉判读、经验知识的简洁实用等方面的需求。

| Abstract: | The feasibility of the project analysis method will affect the project risk evaluation and control.This paper builds up a new project risk analysis system and a goal framework model based on feature mapping technology.And three philosophical levels and four risk analysis functions from four aspects to the rich definition and multi-dimension attributes of risk to reflect the multi demands is build up in anther way. |
