板坯连铸喷印机控制系统定位精度分析

摘    要:为实现板坯产品标识工作的自动化,对板坯连铸车间板坯连铸喷印机的工作原理以及X-Y二维伺服运动控制系统的结构进行了分析,探讨了该运动控制系统定位精度的分析方法。分析结果表明,该套系统定位准确,精度能够达到±2mm,满足了板坯标识的工艺要求。现场设备运行情况也表明,该运动控制系统设计典型、响应快速,极大地提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Aiming at the implementation of the automation in slab marking, principles of the spray printing machine of slab and analysis of the control structure in the X - Y two dimension servo motion control system were presented, method for the analysis of the system's position precision was also discussed. The analysis results show that, the position precision of the control system can be reached to ±2 mm. Moreover, the running of site equipment shows that, with the typical design and the rapid response of the motion control system, the production efficiency has been dramatically improved.
