国产线性聚苯硫醚树脂流变行为研究

摘    要:以国产线性聚苯硫醚树脂为原料,研究了分子质量、剪切速率、温度对PPS树脂流变行为的影响。随着剪切速率的增大,树脂的粘流活化能减小,结构化粘度随温度升高而减少。阐述了树脂流变性能与可纺性关系。研究表明剪切速率和温度共同影响着PPS的表观粘度:低剪切速率时,温度对表观粘度的影响明显;高剪切速率时,表观粘度对温度的依赖性降低。

Abstract:The influence of molecular weight, shearing rate and temperature on the rheologic behavior of domestically manufacturing linear PPS (i.e. Polyphenylene Sulfide) was studied. With the increasing of shearing rate, the resin viscous activation energy was decreased; the structural viscosity was reduced with the increasing of temperature; the relationship between rheologic behavior and spannablity was elucidated. It was found that the apparent melt viscosity of Polyphenylene Sulfide was affected by both the shearing rate and temperature. When the shearing rate was lower,the influence of temperature was more obvious. The reliability of the apparent melt viscosity on the temperature was reduced while the shearing rate was higher.
