建设和谐高校的保障机制

旨在把和谐高校建设作为一个系统工程来设计，认为资源保障是建设和谐高校的核心，思想保障是建设和谐高校的先导，组织保障是建设和谐高校的关键，法制保障是建设和谐高校的基石。因而建设和谐高校，必须注重资源配置，建立包括人力、物力、财力在内的资源保障机制；以科学发展观为先导，把握正确的舆论导向的思想保障机制；以党组织为核心，党、政、工、团、妇齐抓共管的组织保障机制；在高校建立健全各种法律法规和内部管理制度，依法治校，营造一个以法律为准绳，“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究”的法制保障机制。从而促进高校和谐、健康和可持续发展。
