摘    要:针对目前VCM磁钢片轮廓尺寸的检测方法存在检测速度慢、精度低等问题,设计了基于机器视觉的VCM磁钢检测系统的总体结构。视觉检测系统采用了中值滤波滤除噪音,利用Canny算子定位边缘轮廓和8-连通法提取图像边缘信息,采用基于链码的实时拐角检测算法求拐点,对轮廓线进行分段识别和重构,并用最小二乘法拟合轮廓,实现尺寸检测。用该系统对VCM磁钢片样品进行实验及数据分析,并与传统的三坐标测量仪的检测结果进行对比实验。实验结果证明了该系统能满足VCM磁钢片的实际工业在线检测需求。
