摘    要:多级变基爬山法在寻优计算中,其出发点(基点)不是固定不变的,它随着时段,水库运行状态,爬山的级数不同而异,因此,利用该方法研究的洪水优化调度决策模型及其求解方法,若以时段初的水库水位为决策变量,则爬山开始的基准水位将随着时段,天然来水,时段档水库蓄水状态等的不同而不同,柘溪水库洪水优化变量,则爬山开始的基准水位将随时段,天然来水,时段末水库蓄水状态等不同而不同,柘溪水库洪水优化调度决策模型为柘溪水

Abstract:In the calculation of optimum seeking by multi-level base-variation climbing method, its starting point (base point)is not fix but changes as time intervals, reservoir operation conditions and climbing level variation changes. This method can be used to study the flood optimal dispatching decision model and make the solution. If taking the reservoir level at the initial time interval as the decision variation, then the base water level at the start of climbing will change as time interval, natural inflow, reservoir storage conditions at final time interval. The flood optimal dispatching decision model is an important one of flood decision support system models for Zhexi Hydropower Station. The benefit calculation shows that, if this model is used to conduct optimal dispatching, the increase ratio of power output is 7.64%. It also can reduce flood disaster losses and make full use of comprehensive use benefits of reservoir. The study of this model is of important theoretical significance and economic value.
