微锻造对激光熔覆快速成型试样裂纹的影响

摘    要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等方法对微锻造处理后的激光快速成型试样进行了研究,结果表明微锻造能够改变激光快速成型试样的残余应力状态,使其有拉应力转变为压应力,裂纹大量减少,从而提高激光快速成型试样的综合性能.

Abstract:The samples of Micro-forging based on Laser Rapid Prototyping were studied by means of SEM,X-ray and other methods.Results showed that the micro-forging laser rapid prototyping can change the residual stress state of the specimen,making the tensile stress into the compressive stress and making the crack substantial decreasing,therefore the comprehensive properties of the laser rapid prototyping specimen was improved.
