沿海地区中小型油库建设刍议

就沿海地区中小型油库设计、建设中碰到的一些实际问题提出了建议,尤其是选址在滩涂软基础上的中小型油罐可采用大板块基础和浅表碎石桩处理;就非标准油罐在此类油库中的应用进行了论述,并提供了一些实际应用数据;还就金属软管和输油臂在这类油库的应用、消防设计和含油污水处理方法提出了见解。

Some Preliminary Suggestions On Construction Of Small Or Middle Sized Oil Depot In Coastal Area

Some suggestions are put forward based on the practical problems encountered in design and construction of small and/or middle sized oil depot in coastal area. Especially, in case of small or middle sized oil tank to be constructed on soft ground such as beach area, large integnd foundation or crushed stone pile on shallows may be adopted. The application of non-standardized oil tank in those depots is discussed, and some practical application data are supplied. Also some opinions on the use of flexible hose and oil transferring arm in those depots as well as the fire-fighting design and oil-containing waste water treatment are set forth in this paper.
