焊接用线材拉拔断裂分析

摘    要:对焊接用线材在拉拔过程中的断裂进行分析,从拉拔工艺和线材质量2方面查找引起钢丝断裂的原因。降低部分压缩率后,拉拔断丝明显减少。对断丝材料进行化学成分检测和金相分析,结果表明,导致线材拉拔断裂的主要原因是原料中存在马氏体组织。针对此问题,炼钢时进行成分控制,硅、锰元素含量控制在中下限,以减少硅、锰等元素的偏析;连铸生产时采取电磁搅拌技术;轧制时精确控制开轧温度,冷却采用延迟型冷却工艺。通过这些措施彻底消除线材中的马氏体组织,解决了焊材的拉拔断裂问题。

Abstract:To analyze the steel wire for welding breaking caused in drawing. The cause of steel wire breaking was searched from drawing process and steel wire quality. After reducing part compressibility, drawing breaking rate dropped obviously. Breaking wire material was chemical composition detected and metallographic analyzed. Results show that the main cause of steel wire drawing breaking was martensite existing in wire rod, Aiming at the problem, composition control was done in steelmaking, the content of silicon and manganese should be controlled middle and lower limit to reduce the segregation. The martensite was removed totally through the following measures such as to adopt electromagnetic stirring teehnology at continuous casting, to control initial roiling temperature precisely in rolling, to adopt delay cooling process in cooling. Drawing fracture problem of welding wire was solved.
