基于TCP/IP网络的分布式热网监控系统的研制

本文提出了一种基于TCP/IP网络的分布式热网监控系统解决方案,给出了系统各组成部分的硬件、软件的详细设计与具体实现,详细地讨论了系统软件设计中的关键技术问题的解决方法。系统由现场测控器、监控中心和监控终端3个子系统组成。系统采用工业控制计算机实现现场测控器,现场测控器扩展灵活、功能强大,可对多种热网现场设备进行实时的测控;系统采用基于TCP/IP的调制解调器（MODEM）通信网和以太局域网构建的复合通信网络实现通信,可方便的与企业内部信息网集成且性价比高;系统采用两级数据库实现了数据的缓存,通信网络发生故障,系统数据不会丢失;系统设有Web网站,通过WWW浏览器可实现对热网的监控。本文的研究已应用于某市热网监测系统中。

Design and implementation of distributed heat-supply supervision and control system based on TCP/IP network

In this paper,a distributed heat-supply supervision and control system based on TCP/IP network is intro- duced.The integrating principles,hardware and software structures of the system are given.The concrete solutions of the difficult problems in the system development process are also discussed in detail.The system consists of three sub-systems: local controller,supervision and control center and supervisory terminal.The local controller is made of an industry control computer and is powerful and flexible enough for the system to supervise and control different heat-supply plants.The system communication is carded out by a combined TCP/IP network that is ease to integrate with the information system of the enterprise.The structure of two level databases is used to provide a data buffer for data communication and avoid data losing.A Web server is constructed in the system using Java Script Page (JSP) technology,through which engineers can remotely supervise and control the heat-supply system via WWW browser. The system has been used in a city heat-supply supervision and control.
