精炼对船用钢冲击性能的影响

摘    要:对精炼船用钢和非精炼船用钢的化学成分、夹杂物、金相组织进行了分析对比。非精炼船用钢硫、磷量高 ,夹杂和带状组织严重 ,冲击功低 ,易脆裂 ;而精炼船用钢纯净度高 ,硫、磷含量低 ,冲击功高 ,性能良好。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the differences of chemistry,inclusions and microstructure for refined and unrefined ship steels. Unrefined ship steel has higher sulfur and phosphorus contents and lower impact energy. It has more inclusions and band structure and easy to fracture. Refined ship steel has higher purity and lower sulfur and phosphorus contents, therefore, it has higher impact energy and good mechanical properties.
