感应透热技术在热轧钢坯均温加热中的应用

摘    要:应用感应透热技术再加热热轧钢坯可使之实现均温,达到轧制要求。本文介绍了其均温机理、所需设备的基本构造及其能流关系,着重分析了感应器及钢坯中的电磁关系,最后还对感应器设计所涉及的一些特殊问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Heating the edge of hot rolling steel blank by using ITH can make its temperature up to rolling requirement. This paper introduces the soaking principle, the required equipments and their energy flow relationship. The paper emphatically analyses the electromagnetic relationship. At last, some special problems linked with design of inductor are discussed.
