液-固挤压复合材料工艺仿真平台设计与实现

摘    要:针对液-固挤压复合材料成形工艺研究过程中存在操作难度大、各工具软件间的兼容性不强等问题,设计了液-固挤压工艺仿真平台,并采用VC 作为开发工具,利用界面接口技术使仿真平台与ANSYS和Matlab软件实现无缝接合,对该工艺研究过程所用到的系统建模、参数预测、系统仿真模拟和数据采集等功能模块进行封装集成,建立了完整的液-固挤压复合材料工艺仿真平台.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high difficulties operation and imcompatibility between tool softwares for simulating fabrication of MMC in liquid infiltration-extrusion process,a simulation platform of liquid infiltration-extrusion was built up,in which simulation platform was smoothly combined with the ANSYS and Matlab software by interface I/O based on VC language,and system modeling,parameter prediction,simulation and digital collection were integrated.By means of the platform,the processing difficulty can be decreased,promoting it to the practical use.
