Resource information acquisition for QoS provision in mobile ad hoc networks

Quantifying available resources is the main concern for the design of an efficient admission control protocol in mobile ad hoc networks. Proposed is a novel signalling strategy for efficient acquisition of bandwidth information and this is evaluated through accuracy and overhead analysis.
