调谐液体阻尼器在冰区导管架平台上应用的初步研究

摘    要:冰区导管架平台在漂移冰排的撞击下,常发生剧烈的共振现象。在寻求该问题的对策中,本文对矩形调谐液体阻尼器(TLD)的减振原理作了分析,得出当外激励、结构、TLD水箱内液体的自由表面三者的动力特性满足一定的关系时TLD内液体提供的晃动力与外激励可以保持反相位。显然,这种晃动力对由外激励诱发的结构振动起抑制或消减作用。根据晃动力与外力反相位条件的要求,进行了渤海一导管架平台(JZ20—2MUQ)TLD水箱设计。按照设计情况,对该平台安装TLD的减振效果进行缩尺模型实验。实验证实TLD系统具有良好的减振效果。

Abstract:Arctic jaucket platforms often show intensive resonant phenomena under the action of drifting ice cover. In order to seek countermeasures to this problem, the mechanism of a rectangular tuned liquid damper to reduce vibration is analyzed in this paper. It is found that the sloshing force can always be kept in inverse phase to the external excitation, when the dynamic characteristics of external excitations, structure,and TLDe satisfy a certain restrictive condition. Certainly, the sloshing force will suppress or diminish the structural vibration induced by the external excitations. According to the inverse phase requirement between the sloshing force and the external excitation, the TLD' S tanks of a Bobal jacket platform is designed. A scale model of this platform is tested in terms of the design. The significant effect to reduce vibration through equipping TLDs can be observed in the model test.
