| 摘 要： | 生产力介绍了移动通信业务的分类，发展现状，并重点介绍了目前的频率管理情况和存在的问题，指出今后频率管理方向是采用新技术，提高频谱有效利用，开发新的频率资源，向更高的频段扩展，随着全球个人通信系统及其它新系统的实施，对移动通信业务的频率划分和实际使用将向着综合，共用的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The article briefs the classiflcation and current situation of mobile communication services,high-lights the present cireumstance of and problems in frequency management and puts forward the frequencymangement trend to use new technology to raise the effective rate of spectrum and open up new frequency source to expend more higher band.The trend also includes that along with the impolementation of globalpersonal communication and other systerms,the frequency allocation and practical use of mobile communica-tion services will develop toward;integrated managemeny and common use. |
