摘 要: | 本论述了蛋白酶及其与生物催化剂的关系,重点论述了生物催化剂氧化酶的分类特征、应用状况和使用过程中的优点与局限性及当前的研究进展。随着分子生物技术和化学工程方法的发展,展望了生物催化剂氧化酶的广阔应用前景。

Oxidizing enzyme as biocatalysts |

Abstract: | This article describes oxidising enzymes used for biocatalytic applications.Redox biocatalysts are highly sought after because of the selectivity,controllability and economy of their reactions,in comparison with conventional chemical reactions.Increasing numbers of oxidative biotransformations are being reported,indicating wide variability in the biocatalyst characteristics and a range of potential and established applications.Several limitations apply to oxidative biotransformations,including the requirement for cofactor regeneration,and low stability and activities.Recent advances in addressing these problems include molecular and reaction engineering approaches. |
