摘    要:华东区域电力市场正在加快建设当中,发电企业面对全新的市场竞争环境,需要及时制定相应的企业营销策略。主要从发电侧市场角度出发,介绍了企业目标营销策略中,进行市场细分一些原则,同时根据华东区域电力市场的建设进程,针对近期和远期市场的区别,讨论了相应的目标市场选择和市场定位的策略,并提出了一些意见和建议。

Abstract:The East China regional power market is under rapid construction,and the power generation enterprises should set up corresponding marketing strategies for a brand new competitive market environment.From the view of power generation side market,the market segmentation principles in target marketing strategies of enterprises are introduced.According to the construction process of East China regional power market and based on the differences in the short term and long term markets,the strategies of target market selection and market positioning are discussed,and some suggestions are put forward.
