脉冲窄间隙MIG焊焊机的研制

摘    要:介绍一种基于PLC控制的脉冲窄间隙MIG焊机的软硬件设计,专门设计了焊接机头,解决了传统的窄间隙焊接时侧壁难以焊透的问题。研制的焊机表现出良好的稳定性、可靠性和适应性,具有焊接参数预置、记忆、锁定、数显以及自动引孤、收弧等功能。

Abstract:The hardware and software design of a digital control system based on PLC for narrow gap MIG pulsating welder is introduced in this paper. We have designed special welding torch using for this project. The difficuhy of un-complete penetration of both jamb walls can be solved. The welder presents good performance in stability, reliability, adaptability, and many advantages such as welding parameters presetting, memory, locking, display, and automatic arc stricking and stopping.
