| 摘 要： | 阐述了圆柱凸轮数控加工工艺的技术方法，重点对圆柱凸轮的加工方法、装夹、工艺路线的制定、加工参数选择、机床反向间隙补偿、圆柱凸轮廓面检测等工艺环节进行了分析研究，并在DMU70V加工中心上完成了圆柱凸轮的数控加工，提高了圆柱凸轮的加工品质。

| Abstract: | Technological analysis on the NC machining processed for cylindrical cam is discussed with emphasis on expansion method, setting-up of cylindrical cam, choice of machining parameters, backlash compensation, the determination of processing roads, surface measuring of cylindrical cam. Cylindrical cam is machined based on DMU70V machining center and its quality is improved. |
