空间测量激光跟踪仪在炼钢工艺检测中的应用

摘    要:本文主要针对炼钢工艺检测中连铸机基准和对中台基准检测中存在的检测时间长、检测精度低的问题,尝试应用FARO空间激光跟踪仪进行检测。文章主要对FARO空间激光跟踪仪在炼钢工艺检测中的可行性、与水准仪测量数据的比较以及测量时间的比较等进行分析,说明空间激光跟踪仪在炼钢工艺检测中实现了精准和高效,满足使用要求,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:This paper mainly aims at the long time and low examination accuracy problems in making steel to connect the machine basis in the craft examination and medium existent examination in the pedestal basis examination, tries the applied FARO space laser on the trail of the instrument while carrying on an examination. The article mainly analyses the possibility in the craft examination, and the level instrument diagraph data of comparison and measure time of comparison etc.with the FARO space laser , explains the space laser on the trail of the instrument carried out in making-steel craft examination precise with efficiently, satisfy usage request, worthy of expansion and apply.
