高速镀锡液中油污的形成机理

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和电子轰击质谱(EI/MS)对高速镀锡液中出现的油污进行了组分分离和结构剖析.结果表明,油污的形成与原料、添加剂的成分有关.原料PSA中的不溶性磺化副产物DDS、添加剂EN-10和ENSA中的亲油性较强的低EO数的EN以及ENSA中的疏水性的磺化副产物,在镀液中逐渐累积,最终聚集析出形成油污.

Abstract:Component separation and structure analysis are conducted by HPLC and EI/MS to the oil contaminants in high speed tin plating electrolyte. The results show that the formation of the oil contaminants is related to the compositions of raw materials and additives. The DDS (an insoluble by-product of sulphonation in raw material PSA), the more lipophilic EN of low ethoxylation molar number in additive EN-10 and ENSA and the hydrophobic by-products from sulphonation in ENSA will gradually accumulated in the bath, and finally congregate to form oil contaminants.
