阴离子型水性聚氨酯制备工艺的研究

摘    要:通过一系列单因素平行实验,对水性聚氨酯分散体合成工艺中反应温度、溶剂、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的选择、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)相对分子质量等因素与水性聚氨酯的黏度、颜色、透明性等性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)含量的大小直接影响产品的相对分子质量和体系黏度;反应温度是敏感因素,聚合反应温度在50℃~55℃。
