摘    要:目的研究肝素前体heparosan对肠道致病菌黏附特性的影响。方法选取几株常见的可引起肠道感染的致病菌株,以HT-29细胞系和固定化黏蛋白作为黏附受体,测定不同浓度heparosan对黏附细菌总数的影响,并进行统计分析。结果 heparosan可显著减少部分致病菌对HT-29细胞层和黏蛋白层的黏附。结论 heparosan可抑制部分肠道致病菌的黏附。
