氧化吸收工艺对天然气净化厂延伸克劳斯装置影响的模拟研究

摘    要:针对氧化吸收工艺应用于天然气净化厂克劳斯装置尾气减排的情况,利用VMGSim软件建立模型,模拟了氧化吸收工艺吸收并再生的SO_2返回某延伸克劳斯装置的过程,阐明了不同的SO_2返回位置对该延伸克劳斯装置硫回收率及主燃烧炉温度的影响,提出了应对措施,可为氧化吸收工艺在天然气净化厂延伸类克劳斯装置上的应用提供参考。

Abstract:According to the application of oxidation-absorption process in Claus units of natural gas purification plants for energy saving and emission reduction, the process of SO2 reinjected to an extended Claus unit was simulated using VMGSim software. The effects of different SO2 reinjection position on sulfur recovery rate and combustion furnace temperature were illustrated, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed, which will provide reference for the application of oxidation-absorption process on extended Claus unit in natural gas purification plants.
