高效环保型页岩气开发水基钻井液体系研究

摘    要:目前在页岩气水平段钻井过程中常用油基钻井液,但存在一系列环保问题。因此,有必要研究出一种可替代油基钻井液的高效环保型水基钻井液体系。针对涪陵礁石坝区块龙马溪-五峰组页岩气地层的实际情况,通过老化前后流变性、高温膨胀率、滚动回收率、常温中压失水、高温高压失水以及极压润滑摩阻系数等实验,以KCl和甲酸钠为抑制剂、准纳米颗粒与新型Soltex复配、高效润滑剂与乳化剂复配,研制出一种强抑制性、强封堵和良好润滑性的高效环保型水基钻井液体系。性能评价结果表明,该体系膨胀率为5.12%、FL_(API)为1.6mL、FL_(HTHP)为4.8mL、K_f为0.14,能够满足水平段泥页岩地层钻进的要求。

Abstract:At present, oil-based drilling fluids are commonly used in the drilling process of shale gas, but there are a series of environmental problems of oil-based drilling fluids. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an efficient and environmental friendly water-based drilling fluid system which can replace oil-based drilling fluid. In this paper, aiming at the actual situation of shale gas strata in Longmaxi-Wufeng Formation of Fuling reef dam block, the experiments, such as rheological property, high temperature expansion rate, rolling recovery rate, normal temperature medium pressure water loss, high temperature high pressure water loss and extreme pressure lubrication friction coefficient were carried out before and after aging, then using KCl and sodium formate as inhibitors, compounding quasi-nano-particles with the new soltex, and compounding efficient lubricant with emulsifier compound, a efficient environment-friendly water base drilling fluid system with strong inhibitory, strong sealing and good lubrication was developed. The performance evaluation results show that the expansion rate is 5.12%, FL (API) = 1.6 mL, FL (HTHP) = 4.8 mL, Kf = 0.14, which can meet the requirement of horizontal shale formation drilling.
