平原有咸水区浅层地下水开发利用研究

针对沧州市地表水匮乏、深层地下水严重超采现状,对浅层地下水开发利用进行了研究探讨.在对浅层地下水资源评价、浅层地下水开发利用存在的问题进行分析和全面认识地下水含水层水资源特点的基础上,阐述了建设浅层水含水层地下水库和大力开发利用浅层咸水的设想,提出了加强浅层地下水管理要与深层地下水统筹考虑,具体措施是:统一实施地下水压采;治理污染保护地下水;改革水价促进地下水合理开发利用.
