| 摘 要： | 国有经济结构调整主要是所有制结构调整,所有制结构的调整、公有制实现形式的探索、非公有制经济成份的发展不会否定社会主义,收缩国有资本、调整所有制结构和国有企业制度创新不会导致私有化。国有经济结构的顺利调整,能为党和政府提高执政能力奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | The structure adjustment of state- owned economy is mainly an adjustment of ownership structures. However, the adjustment of ownership structures, pursuit of the performance of public ownership, and development of non- public ownerships do not deny socialism. To contract state - owned capital, adjust ownership structures, and innovate system of state - owned enterprises do not led to privatization. The successful adjustment of structures of state - owned economy, therefore, will lay a favorable basis for the Party and Government to improve their administrative ability. |
