传统物流企业转型的实施问题探讨

物流只有经过现代化的大发展才能满足高速发展的商品经济对流通的需求．很多人研究了传统物流向现代物流的发展理论和模式，但是，企业的现状千差万别，问题多多，约束重重，先图生存后谋发展，仅仅是理论上的指导不能解决实际问题．本文拟从实践的角度，结合理论，以物流技术的分层特征为入手点，提出4种转型方式，并重点探讨了两种方式的实施。

Discussion on the Implement Issues of Traditional Logistic Enterprise Tending Towards to Modern Logistic Player

Logistics can make great progress by modernization to meet the demand driven by highly developmental commodity economy. But there are lots of traditional logistic enterprises which face many problems, Although some transferring theory and models have been proposed, implement issues is more important to be discussed. In the paper implement issues from logistics technology prospect are discussed.
