| 摘 要： | 介绍以粉煤灰、早强型硫铝酸盐水泥为基材，通过化学发泡、自然养护生产的免蒸养粉煤灰水泥保温砌块的原材料组成、工艺流程、产品性能及应用。该砌块具有生产工艺简单、质轻、导热指数小于吸水率低、干缩小等特点；在工程中可用作建筑物屋面保温及墙体，是应用前景良好的绿色节能建材产品。 |

| Abstract: | This article presents raw materials composition, flow sheet, product performance and application for fly ash cement thermal insulation block produced from flyash and sulphoaluminate early strength cement, through chemical foaming and naturalcuring without autoclaving. The block has many advantages, such as simple productionprocess, light weight, small conductivity, low water absorption and small dry shrinkageetc. It is green energy - saving building material product with good prospect and used forroof thermal insulation and wall of building. |
